Highly upgraded and very well maintained coach!
My wife and I purchased the coach from the original owner in 2018 and have done many nice upgrades since. We've lightly used the coach over the past 5 years. Features: 3 flatscreen TVs (HD satellite TV to all 3). 20 ft power awning. Auto leveling system. New fireplace and Air Stone surround with
Samsung TV (2019). New Flexsteel (top of the line, pillow top seat) captains chairs with electric adjustments and foot rests plus matching Lambright reclining theatre sofa in premium Ultraleather ($7,500). New Tochta Utopia custom radius queen size mattress ($1,000).
Splendide 2100XC vented washer/dryer combo in bedroom - used maybe a dozen times so its like new (August 2018 - $1,500). Two Dometic A/Cs - Upgraded, higher capacity 15,000BTU in living room and 13,500BTU in bedroom. Both A/C rooftop/compressor units replaced by Midtown RV in August 2023 for $4,000. The motorhome has ducted A/C and heat strip plus a gas furnace. Four new house batteries, upgraded to closed, maintenance free
style (Midtown RV in June 2023 - $1,800). New truck battery (Midtown RV June 2023 - $280). Dish Tailgater satellite TV dish on roof. Solar panels on roof (previous owner had them installed prior to our purchase).
Replaced all tires with new Toyo 265/75/R22.5. Two new tires in 2018 ($800) and four new tires in 2023 ($3,200). Ceramic tile flooring (professionally cleaned and regrouted in 2019).
