this a great multifunctional area. The fact that it is lightweight (dry 11,295 lbs) for its size is also a big plus when it comes to towing. Not visible from the ground, but it has an RV Armor roof! The living/kitchen area with flat screen smart tv shows well thought out use of space considering the space available and functionality.

A few steps up from the living area toward the front of the unit is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and lavatory. The bath has a ceiling skylight vent/fan and a mirrored medicine cabinet. In the bedroom, which is also on the upper level, there is another smart flatscreen TV placed for comfortable viewing from the queen-sized bed. In addition to the a/c

There is plenty of storage with exterior access and propane compartments on both sides holding a 30-pound tank in each. All in all a great lightweight RV for someone who wants to travel and take their toys with them.

In general, this RV is in good condition. There is tape used to stop some water intrusion thru the hinge area at the bottom of the loading ramp. No water was getting into the unit, but it would probably need to be addressed. The LP detector and the CO2 detector are both out of service. Everything else appears to be working and in great shape.
