The 13-foot garage includes a loft, electric drop-down bed, and split-bench/dual couches/sleeping
area. There's also a half bath to keep traffic through the main living area to a minimum. The rear ramp has a rubber floor and converts to a fantastic patio! The rear of the coach is complete with a weather/screen wall so that there is protection from the elements when the patio is extended.
There is also a fence included with the patio, which increases its utility.
The main living area includes a bank of four stadium-style vinyl recliners, a 55" LCD HDTV, and a soundbar with Bluetooth.
You will find solid surface counters, a residential refrigerator, three burner stove, a vacuum, a microwave/convection oven, and a conventional oven in the kitchen.
The main bedroom area at the nose of
the trailer includes a full bathroom, king bed, full closet, television, fireplace, and plenty of storage space. The unit's exterior includes a generator, kitchen, television, load levelers, and tons of storage. This is the one! Call me today.
According to the owners, all systems are working as intended. As I walked around the RV only thing that I noticed the door for the electrical cord hatch was missing. I toured the interior of this unit and did not notice any blemishes. The unit is in very good condition for its age.
